point, a client that came to us called Harbour House Crabs. The name
worked fine and the client was told this. What the company needed
was
a way to position themselves in the industry... were they the
"Wal-Mart" of crabs? The "Rolex" of seafood? Just
where did they fit
in. The name was solid but it needed a little "rudder" to
steer it
some direction. After discussions about their quality, freshness and
ability to ship to just about anywhere overnight, we developed the
tag
line "Harbour House Crabs... Turn Any Occasion into a Special
Occasion". We wanted to communicate that by ordering these crabs
you
were doing something unique, tasteful and meaningful. It was along
the
same thought process as Hallmark Card's old slogan, "When you
care
enough to send the very best". It suddenly made Harbour House
Crabs
stand for something- a company that could jumpstart your party,
